All new players and returning players that did not play in the fall will have a tryout. Some teams have big numbers with many kids that could not sign up in the fall and are coming back for the winter season. Because of this, those specific teams will have tryouts and possibly cuts. Because your child was on the team in the fall does not guarantee a spot in the winter. This is a travel basketball program and unfortunately, sometimes we do have to make difficult decisions. 

1. Tryouts will be held the first and second week of December (during regularly scheduled practices). 
2. If your child makes the team, they must register by December 15th for the winter season. 
3. If your child is on a team with big numbers there are several possibilities that can happen. 

• Option 1 - makes the team.
• Option 2 - does not make the team, but the coach would like to keep that player as a practice player and pay half of the regular fee ($650). Still get the same training, but not play in games.
• Option 3 - player is cut.
